Many events in 2020 have been cancelled but I’ll Fight Day is still happening on December 5th!
We are encouraging groups to modify their IFD plans to participate safely. Projects can be done individually or in small groups following local guidelines.
“I’LL FIGHT” LEADER’S GUIDE: The Leader’s Guide contains all the information you need to start planning for I’ll Fight Day. Resources are included to help make I’ll Fight Day more than just a one day event. These include group devotionals for before/during/after I’ll Fight Day and a Planning Guide to keep the fight going well after December 5 . For specific project ideas, be sure to check out the I’ll Fight Servant Evangelism Ideas list or visit illfightday.com. This list is designed to be a starting point to help you brainstorm I’ll Fight projects for your group.
*Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we advise groups to take appropriate safety precautions when participating in I’ll Fight Day.
POSTER: Due to budget constraints, we will not be mailing printed posters this year. Instead, you can download the I’ll Fight Day poster graphic from sayconnect.com which can be printed and put up in a visible place around your Corps. You can also use this graphic on your social media, print materials, or even your Corps announcement slides on Sunday to help you promote I’ll Fight Day.
I’LL FIGHT DAY APPAREL: Tradewest is our official I’ll Fight Day 2020 apparel vendor. T-Shirts are available for $8 each. This year, we are offering a limited run of t-shirts featuring our official IFD graphic as well as an alternative option with the “Others Over Self” print. Both include a Salvation Army Shield print on the back to help others know who we are. We will also have a pullover hoodie option with the official IFD graphic. All 3 options are available in a variety of sizes. Visit tradewest.com to order yours today!
